• Designed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, providing comprehensive acceptance criteria and proactively working with developers to ensure quality product delivery within a viable scope.

• Facilitated workshops to determine OKRs, clarify processes, roles and responsibilities, help SaaS companies understand their business and customers, and prioritise work through risk-benefit and impact-effort analysis.

• Found quick and viable solutions for challenging problems. Examples include adjusting materials ordered to the wrong specifications by the general contractor and correcting materials delivered with fabrication faults.
