At The User Story a client organisation needed us to help merge two marketing websites with well over 1000 pages in total. I lead research and wireframing on the core pages and documented an approach, while keeping all relevant directors in the loop.

While working for Cambridge University Press & Assessment, I was responsible for leading the design of a new data analysis product for educators. I led UX design and research, aligned various stakeholders and managed high requirements.

I had the pleasure to work with Norwich based UX agency The User Story on their in-house report generation tool Chapter. While the client-facing side was already resolved, the service-facing input was still in MVP stage. I researched how staff work with Chapter and developed a strategy to improve it as part of The User Story’s UX research and strategy pipeline.

During my second year at Norwich University of the Arts our course worked on a Dietary Assessment tool for myDNAhealth. Their goal is to gather dietary information from their clients to provide them with health reports that are easy to digest and act on.

As part of my second-year coursework I tackled an open brief, asking to provide a digital solution that addresses common problems faced by university students. My answer to this brief is a scheduling app that uses machine learning to help users better manage their workload.

Sync the City is a start-up event that brings together teams of participants and expert mentors to build and launch a start-up in a weekend. It lasts 54 hours and pairs participants of different skillsets in business, design, and development with each other to build strong teams to tackle a team founder’s project.

My undergraduate dissertation investigates text input in virtual reality (VR) applications. As part of it, I researched the history of VR and designed an experiment to better understand the use of virtual keyboards in VR.
